Returns & Refunds policy

Cancellation and Refund:

Falcon Mastery understands that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or request a refund for our coaching services. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellation: You may cancel your coaching sessions by providing us with 24 24-hour notice period, as specified in your coaching agreement. Failure to provide the required notice may result in a cancellation fee.

• Refunds: Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
