Daily ritual:
Wake up at 5 AM, and as you wake up, start counting from 100 to 1
Do your restroom rituals
Sit in a comfortable position and keep your spine straight to start affirmations.
Once your affirmations are set, it's time for the breathing bubble exercise. This will prepare you for the day, bringing you to the alpha state and centering your mind.
